69-year-old American musician, singer, and songwriter Gregg Allman is dead. Gregory LeNoir Allman popularly known as Gregg Allman and best known for performing in the Allman Brothers Band is dead at the age of 69. He died on the 27th of May 2017 following a series of health problems, which includes hepatitis C and a 2010 liver transplant, Gregg Allman died at his home in Richmond Hill, Georgia, due to complications from liver cancer.
